How can I sign and send my documents?

Two usage options

Software as a Service

The m4Doc platform may be used in a perspective of Software as a Service, in which:

  • The infrastructure is located at Multicert and
  • You only have to invoke a web service that provides the document to sign and later makes it available to a set of recipients by email.

Install the platform in your own infrastructure

You may optionally:

  • Install the m4Doc platform in your own infrastructure and
  • Use it to internally manage the signature and distribution of your documentation.

Benefits and Technical Features of m4Doc

The m4Doc acts as a processing system of electronic documents in a perspective of Software as a Service, which allows you to integrate and reuse your current invoicing systems.
