We have a fully national shareholder structure, constituted by the following companies:

  • Board of Directors

    CTT appointed Dr. Graça Oliveira for MULTICERT Presidency,

    being the remain Board of Directors selected by the other shareholders (Engineer João Luís de Oliveira Baptista and Dr. Hélder Pereira Neves, both from SIBS, Dr. Alcides de Castro Oliveira Gama from INCM, and Dr. Abel Nuno Domingues de Almeida Esteves de Aguiar from ALTICE PORTUGAL).

  • General Assembly

    ALTICE PORTUGAL appointed Dr. João Alfredo Trindade Leal for the General Assembly Presidency, while SIBS SGPS, SA appointed Dr. João Franco do Carmo to exercise the General Assembly Secretary office.

  • Statutory Auditor

    MULTICERT’s Statutory Auditor is Baker Tilly, PG & Associados, SROC, SA, represented by Dr. Paulo Jorge Duarte Gil Galvão André, with Dr. António Manuel Castanho Miranda Ribeiro as his substitute.

  • Chief Executive Officer

    MULTICERT’s CEO is Dr. Jorge Alcobia which is responsible for the executive management of the Company.
